Bahan : 4 butir telur; 120 gram gula pasir; 170 gram tepung terigu; 30 gram cokelat bubuk; 200 gram margarin; 200 gram dark cooking chocolate; cokelat chip/kismis/sesuai selera; kertas roti.
Cara : ayak tepung dan cokelat bubuk jadi satu; lelehkan margarin dan cokelat masak dengan cara ditim; kocok/mikser telur dan gula sampai mengembang; masukkan tepung dan cokelat bubuk, aduk rata dengan soletan; lalu tuangkan margarin dan cokelat masak yang sudah dilelehkan, aduk lagi hingga rata; kalau suka, boleh ditambahkan coco-chip atau kismis (sesuai selera deh); tuang adonan dalam loyang yang udah diolesi mentega tipis-tipis dan dialasi kertas roti; kukus dalam dandang/kukusan yang airnya sudah mendidih; biarkan hinggak 25 menit, lalu lihat apakah brownies sudah matang (dg cara ditusuk pake tusuk gigi, klo sudah tidak ada adonan yang menempel di tusuk gigi, berarti brownies sudah matang).
Tips : kalau ingin permukaan brownies rata, tutup dandang/kukusan harus dilapisi serbet (untuk mencegah air menetes ke adonan). Tapi jika menginginkan permukaan brownies yang bergelombang, tutup dandang tidak usah dikasih serbet. Selamat mencoba ya... (resep asli ada di dapurbunda.blogspot.com )
